In the event that your apartment needs to be serviced, please submit a work order via Resident Connect. We take pride in our service and will try to complete all requests within 48 hours. Please be as detailed as possible to help us expedite the process.
Head House Flats is professionally managed by ResideBPG, a premier full-service residential management and leasing company headquartered Wilmington, Delaware. With an extensive portfolio of communities and an unyielding commitment to hospitality, ResideBPG continues to raise the bar for those who seek upscale living accommodations.
Head House Flats is a pet-friendly community. The current pet policy is a maximum of 2 pets with a $500 deposit for the first and an additional $250 deposit for the second.
Breed restrictions do apply, so please speak to your leasing agent for more details.
